II. APPOINTMENT

The act of appointing : designation of a person to hold an office or discharge a trust ; as ; he erred by the appointment of unsuitable men.
        The state of being appointed of som / service of office ; an office to which one appointed ; station ; position ; an appointment of treasurer.

Making an Appointment :
             *            I’d like to make an appointment with . . .
             *            I want to make an appointment to see . . .
             *            I’d like you to come and see.
             *            Can I come and see you ?
             *            I’ll be there . . .
             *            What about . . . ?
             *            Could we meet today ?

Accepting an Appoinment :
             *            All right see you there.
             *            No problem, I’m free on (Friday).
             *            Be there , on time.
             *            I’ll wait for you there.
             *            It’s a deal.

Changing an Appointment :
             *            What about . . . . (Thursday at 02.00 PM).
             *            Is that ok if we meet at 08.00 tomorrow night ?
             *            Would you mind if we change the day (time) of the meeting ?

Appointment tells about agreement for meeting. It’s good to make an appointment before you meet someone or people.
